As National Iranian Oil Company News Team reported Saturday 23July an agreement worth 365 billion rials with the aim of scientific and research cooperations between Sience and Technology Park of Tehran University and Iraninian Oil Company signed and on this base the Office of Research and Development of Iranian Offshore Oil Company officially began to work at Tehran University.
Head of Tehran University said the country's total proven reserves of oil in the Persian Gulf region is around one hundred billion barrels and the harvest rate is about 25 percent of production, however, if the production processes and scientific research help to increase the harvest to 1.5 percent This means adding more than this amount we would add in one whole year, to the value of economic production.
